When Lizzie had left for Uni, she had been running away from her future as leader of the River family, but she had returned ready to shoulder the responsibility and determined to succeed.
She had considered her strong points.
She wasn't afraid to stand up in front of the crowd and she had learn't that she could lead and people would follow her.
With her flaming red hair, bright green eyes and feisty personality she stood out. Even though she had only been in a few very minor roles in TV shows it was her the paparazzi liked to follow round and report on.
In the end the decision with what to do with her life seemed simple. She would become a famous TV/film star. She would be able to really put her family on the map. That decided she chose the 1920's, she felt the 1920's epitomised style and it was then that films had really taken off. The house had been remade and the new costumes assumed by all members of the family.
Happily for her she had contacts in the business within her own family. Aisha had been married to Lizzie's Grandfather and was now married to another more distant relation in the family. Aisha was more than happy to help Lizzie and gave her the job of her own personal assistant. She would become a well known face at the studio and maybe get to be an Extra in a few films.
Over the next few years Lizzie worked hard and actually managed to get a few small parts in a few films. It was exciting being surrounded by the stars and she got to know both Natalie and Benedict Westgate very well.
Natalie had been her idol growing up and it was so exciting to be able to have her turn up to parties and hang out with her.
The only thing that Lizzie was finding hard was Harold living so far away. He would visit every other weekend but she still missed him terribly, so she was overjoyed when he announced he had landed a job in the local stadium.
She hadn't been sure how serious it was when she left Uni but now felt that Harold was a very important part of her life and she felt his moving to be closer to her mean't that he felt the same way.
